“excellent service with delivery on time”

“Bought two Sonos Play 1 speakers to add to my Sonos system. Very good service, only let down by DPD who decided I wasn't in on their first attempt to deliver - I think the card was already written and that they didn't bother to knock on door, time on card was a couple of minutes later than the text I received to tell me I wasn't in. On the redelivery next day he assured me he tried to deliver to a neighbour who refused it? Sorry we all take items in for neighbours round here, don't believe it.”

“It is easy to use. It is very light, making it easy to carry from room to room, and to manoeuvre round furniture. However, it is difficult to take apart for other uses being very stiff and not user friendly for arthritic hands. Also, I was disappointed at the presentation of the user instructions, which could have been clearer and more obvious.”

“I would have rated my experience in doing my last purchase 5 star, if the the information about delivery had been closer to the Amazon modell. I need to know in advance the date and hopefully the time slot of a delivery to make sure somebody is in to receive the goods. This is very important to me and I should think to many of cour customers.”
