“I went into the shop to seek advice about what tumble dryer to buy. I was helped immediately, given excellent advice, was not 'persuaded' to buy the most expensive machine as so often happens in other shops and I bought on the spot. The machine was delivered by very friendly and helpful men, as arranged, three days later. All in all an excellent, friendly and helpful service.”

“I ordered a tap which arrived broken. I sent it back and reordered another tap which we needed by return post which I had originally paid for only to find that you had not reordered the tap. Inconvenience for not only me but for the plumber who had to come back at my expense and re fit it. Not particularly good service don't you think.”

“Had to cancel my order and get a refund after months of waiting on an appliance which I was told was in stock. Sales adviser had no clue of what he was doing and the manager was not helpful either. Better off dealing with established retailers. Will never go back to Glotech.”

From my initial phone call, my quick visit to the store to view the machine and place my order, to the delivery team calling me 1 hr beforehand, arriving within the allotted time slot, and leaving the machine fully fitted, working & without any mess.
