“Gildeas kept me constantly updated right through full claim procedure. My claims handler Calum McFarlane was excellent with everything he did for me resulting in getting a good settlement claim. “Excruciatingly slow- all claim info was provided immediately. I think a pile of letters the size of a telephone directory must have been sent in order to (finally) resolve a simple incident. I can see that it benefits solicitors to engage in as much paperwork as possible but it is not an effective system for anybody else.”

“It took some time to have the case pulled together but once Danny Thompson became involved he worked hard to push my claim forward and achieved a really positive outcome for me. Delighted that it has now been settled and we are able to leave the incident in the past. Thank you”

“Gildeas were very professional kept me up to date with what was happening during my case. The only fault I have is that my solicitor changed that I had been dealing with. However then new solicitor was just as good. Thank you for getting me a result I didn’t expect to get”
