I would have marked very good. My reason for not doing so is that my claim was handled exceptionally well by Sonia Sommel. She kept me informed regularly and her communications were well set out and clear and she achieved an acceptable settlement. However when, as I understand it, she left on maternity leave communication dried up and I only obtained information by me contacting Gildeas.
