“Gildeas were engaged by my son on my behalf whilst I was in a coma following a devastating RTC. “Although the process was long, I cannot fault Gildeas at all. I was always kept informed, every process was explained, and if I didn't understand, they explained again. I even got emails to say nothing was happening, but just to let me know. Shannon McNeill and Trainee Solicitor Daisy Galbraith were a pleasure to work with, my thanks again to both of them for an outcome very much in my favour. I would definitely recommend this company and if required, would not hesitate to recommend to others, or use again myself.”

“It was a long process but this was due to the defendants taking so long to do anything. Kyanna kept me informed at every step which was great and I had a very good outcome. Hopefully never have to use this service again but if I do I will most definitely be using Gildeas.”

“Excellent service from Gildeas, when representing me after my RTC. Chelsea Dobbin was my case handler, and she was excellent at keeping me informed of progress throughout my claim. When Chelsea was out of office (short term leave) I received regular updates from Ciara Roche, who covered any of Chelsea’s short absences. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly with clear advice provided at all times. Highly recommended.”
