“This is the second time I have used Gildeas. Each time they have been thoroughly professional. The caseworker for me on this occasion was Ruaridh Henderson, who was very diligent. Although I am sure at times he must have been frustrated with the time I would take to respond to his emails even though his phone calls to me were dealt with immediately. I would recommend them, albeit they were appointed to my case by the insurers. I gave them a 5-star rating as I never had any issues with them.”

“After my accident I was phoned by Gildeas and initially rejected the compensation route. I was asked to wait several days and then i was called again whereby i agreed to pursue compensation. This process was completely stress free. The staff member (Kirsty I think) was great and extremely helpful. Overall a great service that ended with a positive result from me. Thank you for a great service.”
