“Excellent customer service.
I made a mistake with the delivery address. I received a fast, helpful response to my email.
They also added a personal message to the recipient.
Lovely items at a competitive price.
I’ll definitely shop here again.”
“Good easy to navigate website. Lots of choice and good very competitive prices. Quick and easy checkout and fast fuss-free delivery. Would recommend highly.”
“I ordered some Jellycat Toys for my twin grandsons, together with a Yankee Candle for my daughter
The value was excellent and a lot cheaper than the shops
Delivery/packaging was very good”
“Updates regarding my item were sent regularly throughout, from purchase stage through to delivery. I therefore knew when the parcel was going to be delivered. Parcel was fragile and this was noted on the box by a distinctive sticker. The inside of the box was full of good quality packaging to ensure no damages to my item during delivery.”
