“I ordered a Jellycat Panda from Campus because their prices are so competitive. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong Panda 🐼 so I contacted them to explain. The assistant was extremely apologetic and sent out the correct panda which I received the next day in time for my sons birthday. They also sent a prepaid envelope to return the first one.
