“Ordered a crimson jellycat santa for my sons first christmas. Really dissapointed on receipt that the wrong item had arrived and no ability for this to be changed as they had ran out of stock. The lady from customer services was very apologetic and pleasant, however no good will gesture given and I now have to print out returns labels and post the item back in order to get a refund when the error was not mine.”

Dear Lisa, Thank you for your message, be rest assured that we take all security matters seriously.. I have looked at your order and can see you paid via PayPal. As you used PayPal, our system will never have seen your card details. as this is all handled completely by PayPal and we never see any personal card or payment details. This is because PayPal are middlemen, where you pay PayPal, and they then pay us afterwards - Jamie, Technical Dept.
“I am not completely convinced that the Jelly Cat bashful Bunny is authentic. The reason i bought this item was because i had lost the one that my granddaughter was given this Christmas. the item i received was not of the same quality and looked different.”
“I ordered this soft toy keyring which is pictured with a child friendly pink plastic clip, but when it arrived it had a small metal clip which was unsuitable for a child. When I asked the customer service team for advice, I was directed to some small print on the item page which does ideed state that the metal clip may be substituted depending on stock. However the metal clip was not pictured anywhere, and although I was offered a refund, I was told that a postage charge of £3.50 would be deducted from the total - a fee higher than the cost of the item. All things considered, I unfortunately won't be ordering from Campus Gifts again.”

TY themselves have changed the key-klips and send some that are metal and some that are plastic , which we do advise on our website. On this occasion, if you can email a photo of the one you have received, we will refund you in full for your order, with no need to send the item back to us. “Be aware that this item can "hold" very limited messages. I couldn't get more than six letters on one line, so you cant do Happy CHRISTMAS/BIRTHDAY or ANNIVERSARY. Did expect the letters to be small enough to allow for that, but NO!

Thank you for your review. After your call with us last week, we are again very sorry that you are disappointed with the size of the Small Cinematic Light-Up Message Box. As per the product details and photo on our site, the small message box only has enough room for three lines of six letters. The medium and large are recommended for longer messages as a result.
As you have now returned the Small Cinematic Light-Up Message Box back to us, we have of course refunded you for the item back to your original payment card.
