“This was for a baby. No protective wrapping round the puppy, creased jellycat labels, just a tatty bit of torn tissue. Looked ready for the charity shop. Very disappointing.”

As explained, as our Jellycat is in short supply and high demand, most items are limited to 2 per customer, however, there are a few exceptions as some in very short supply are limited to 1 per customer. We try to be fair to all our customers to give everyone a chance to own some of the most popular designs. As you ordered 2 toast bags, limited to 1 per customer, we cancelled 1 from your order and refunded.
