“My campus gifts order arrived well packed and in good time, but I was disappointed in the Muffin cat squishie beanie. The stitching on this item looked poor, and it wasn't as nice as I'd hoped.
I contacted Campus gifts, and asked if I could return it for a refund. They assured me it was fine, and all the 'Pandas' looked like that?? I explained that if I'd seen the stitching on the beanie cat in a shop, I wouldn't have bought it, but they refused to refund unless I paid for the return postage, which I ended up doing, and cost nearly as much as the beanie? I wasn't impressed with their unhelpful customer service, so I would be wary of ordering from them again.”
“Product as described however was not package appropriately and teddy looked scruffy. For the price I expected the jellycat to come in perfect condition”
“Product (a jellycat) was great but took 10 days to arrive so unfortunately it arrived the day after my granddaughter's birthday. As standard delivery is 'dispatched within 1-2 working days' it didn't cross my mind that it would arrive too late.”
“I bought a jelly at peanut at a good price but was shocked to see a hefty amount of postage added without warning when I clicked ‘purchase’. I complained to Campus about the lack of warning prior to purchase but never received a response. The peanut is lovely, but not the bargain it appeared to be when postage was added post purchase.”

“Fast service and good customer service. However one incorrect item was sent. I was quickly sent the correct item with a returns label to return the wrong item. I had the inconvenience of re wrapping the item and going to the post office to get it sent back.”

“Unfortunately the packaging was awful, it was wrapped so tightly that the plastic split and exposed some of the bears fur! Royal Mail put it into another bag before delivery but the fur was dirty!”
Hello, thank you for the review and the photo, we are sorry that the mailing bag split on the way to you. we do use these mailing bags for all soft items and find them strong and durable, our apologies that the bag was broken on arrival and the bear arrived dirty.
