Having measured those that we have , he measures 36cm from head to toes and 22cm when sitting. “Paid for Premium Service but item didn’t arrive. Took a lot of email's and phone calls to eventually get a replacement sent over a week later. Poor customer service - called my premium service refund a gesture of goodwill even though I had received a very poor service & felt that was the least they could do to compensate me! They have lost a customer but I doubt they care 🤣”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Good range of products, but sadly products have NOT been received. I reported that my products had not arrived two weeks ago and asked for replacements, fobbed off by Campus Gifts. Reported my products stull not arrived and asked for a refund last week, fobbed off again and told to wait until this week by Roby. Responses were within hours of each other at this point. This week when emailing, had no response regarding a refund, just had an automated reply saying they are dealing with a large volume of delivery queries and replies will take longer (because you have been fobbing everyone off for weeks probably and now it's all mounted up). Why use Royal Mail when they are having issues at the moment anyway! Once they have your money, customer service goes down the pan. Buy from somewhere else to avoid yourself the hassle!!!”
“Ordered and was sent back by Royal Mail . Can’t re order until they receive the parcel back so let’s hope they don’t sell out , been over a week now I’m £59 out of pocket . Big happy will not use again :-(”

As explained, as our Jellycat is in short supply and high demand, most items are limited to 2 per customer, however, there are a few exceptions as some in very short supply are limited to 1 per customer. We try to be fair to all our customers to give everyone a chance to own some of the most popular designs.
