“The supplements taste great and make taking them a treat. Only four stars as each one is individually wrapped in paper and come in a large box. Surely the packaging could be reduced and made more sustainable?”

Thank you so much for your feedback, we have reduced our packaging, however we are always looking at options to reduce even more. Our packaging is made from wood pulp, and is 100% plastic free 😊

“Ok so I’m nearly thru my first box Not sure if I’m to expect any changes yet but can’t say I have noticed anything. I really dislike the sickly overly sweet taste of the tablets and I really dread taking them That said I have received box two so will persevere with the course. I live In Hope”

Thank you so much for your feedback, it really does help us to evolve our products for our customers. Generally our customers start to feel the benefits between 8-12 weeks of taking the stacks daily, although everyone is different it can be sooner or slightly later than this. 😊

“These are quite expensive, if you don’t normally buy 7 different supplements. However, as I’ve been keen to try out a few different things this has been a great way to do so, they taste nice and subscription is convenient.”

“I absolutely love everything about this product. From buying it, where the experience was super smooth and fast and completely spot-on for me to the actual chewable candy that I love and helps me focus. I've stopped taking it for a week and noticed real difference in my ability to concentrate under pressure -> I started taking it again after this week-off and everything was back to "hyper focus". “Got my first delivery through, they came nearly packed into two small card board pizza style boxes, each with personalised labels and a clear to understand sheet with nutritional values of the gummies. The packaging on the inside containing the gummies are air tightly sealed to preserve longevity in a mock plastic material (not plastic) that is compost ready. The gummies are uniquely printed and each colour defines the nutrient it holds. I got the sweet strawberry which look cool some of my colours have ran which gave it a different effect but they were so tasty, I didn’t need water to wash it down and I didn’t get the usual horrid taste or indigestion from ordinary capsules. My wife ordered sour cola which retained its colour pattern looked amazing and she has to fight temptation not to eat more than one a day! It’s hard to wrap my head around how something so pretty and fast can actually be good for you! Yet to feel a difference for the nutrients I’ve chosen other than I ran further and faster than I have in a while last night and I didn’t have the lactic acid build up I was expecting last night. I did choose a few things to combat this. See how it fairs over the next few weeks. So far would definitely recommend for people who need motivation to take multivitamins, who get indigestion from normal pills, sweet lovers and for people who need that extra boost”

“I have been taking Nourished for over 6 months, and I am so impressed. The level of personalisation is amazing - I have changed my stack 2x now as I change my exercise routine in summer and winter and it was super easy to do. I personally prefer a gummy to choking down pills and love that you can choose a different flavour every month. I have been taking supplements for years but I have never felt the benefits to this level before. I think it must be down to the fact that they make it fresh.... I never really thought about it before but apparently, most vitamins are over a year old by the time you consume them...... Overall super happy I found Nourished and cant wait for my next both to arrive :).”

“cool idea, ridiculously expensive and sadly after taking for 4 weeks i found out they were severely over-dosed as my blood markers for vitamins & minerals that had been supplemented were way out of wack. might be good to take one every 3 days or so but i personally dont want to risk it as they clearly need to improve QC.”

It may be advisable to change out a few of the ingredients to suit your personal need, each person is very different.
