“I highly recommend Nourished! It's so convenient how they are delivered straight to your door. Also, before I was taking 7 different tablets every day which involved opening and closing all those different bottles. Now I just have this one jelly to swallow. That means I actually take the vitamins I need every day, and not just when I can be bothered. I love how you can customize the contents and flavour so easily. You can also temporarily pause the subscription if you need to. Overall I would definitely recommend Nourished to everyone.”

“So on the whole, I really like nourished. I'll break my review into 3 parts: the great, the ok, and what could do with some work. The great: The concept is brilliant, the customisation is so easy, and the information that comes alongside it makes it a doddle to pick what you want. The questionnaires is another handy way to build something that's not off the shelf. The delivery is snappy too, with nice packaging that's recyclable (big win) The good: I used the sour apple coating, which was ok, but hard to mask the flavour of some of my ingredients. However, that just showed the stuff they put in is legit, and it's totally fine. What could be better: the price is still a hindrance. I got it with 40% off, and probably wouldn't have otherwise except if I felt a noticeable difference. I've only taken it for a couple weeks, so it's hard to tell. Plus, I'm quite fit and healthy anyway so there may be less added benefit. I'll keep taking for maybe another month and see. In summary: if you get a trial offer, give it a go. If not, you could get similar from multivitamins at the store, although those are derived and not from natural ingredients.”

“As someone with a few health issues I am on a lot of medication, so trying to support my body with supplements was my initial reason for trying nourished. Initially I was concerned about the monthly cost; but the variety of supplements available and the ability to bespoke them to my needs means it is definatley worth it. My discovery chat with the nutritionist was really useful in making sure I was on the right track. I love that I can check up and change when necessary, the fact the I can choose lovely flavours is a bonus!”

Everything is bespoke: the selection of vitamins, the flavours, the stylish packaging. “When I first discovered Nourished, I was looking for a supplement to help my child. They were suffering personal and emotional difficulties which were presenting themselves as major frustration, self-defeat and anxiety. We got a trial for a month of a box of Zen Kids supplements. It took a week or two to kick in but I did notice a massive difference in how situations were handled, my child's focus and concentration and more restful sleep. We have continued with a subscription. The only drawback is that you don't get a choice of flavour in this option. The flavour isn't back and my child enjoys having them each day so there's no persuasion needed, it would just be nice to have the option. Not everyone likes blackcurrant!! The price may seem a bit expensive but for my child's mental health and calm, they're well worth it! As it's on a subscription, it's just easy and automatic so I never forget to order them. I've not had any interaction with the aftersales team so cannot comment on that. We like the fact the packaging the vitamins are delivered in is a compostable bag however the label isn't so by time you've got the packaging off etc it negates the benefit a little!!!! All in all I would (and have) reccommended Nourished products to others. If they weren't as pricey I'd have them myself too!!”
