“These vitamins are not cheap and a lot is made of the high quality and efficacy of the product however there is little to no evidence to backup those efficacy claims and having taken them daily for nearly a month, the quality seems questionable as you can see the layers of different vitamins and they are never consistent. Sometimes you can only distinguish 4 or 5 layers so I very much doubt they deliver the nutrients promised in each chew. Shame as the idea is a good one but I have my doubts about the execution.”

Thank you for your review. All of our stacks are printed on a rotation, so each stack will have a completely different appearance. All 7 ingredients are loaded into the printer to ensure each order has exactly the same vitamins and supplements included. It can take 8-12 weeks to feel the benefits of taking the stacks daily, you can find further info as to how we make the stacks on our website get-nourished.com

“I have to say I think these are a great idea and I have had three deliveries now but the one thing that has stopped 5 stars is the flavour of my 'Shape Up' stack, I really don't like it and I can't change it! So...I have ordered a personalised stack that I can flavour and I'm hoping that improves them. Apart from that (and being slightly expensive; I hope they don't go up in price much more) I am very happy with the product and the service.”

“I’ve tried other high quality but cheaper vitamins and none of them have has the same impact as a stack from Nourished. These actually change my mood and make me feel calmer. They are worth the money and love that the individual packages are completely biodegradable”

“I was attracted by the ability to personalise to my specific needs. Vitamin stack is easy to take and so much nicer than a dry tablet or a nasty tasting oil filled capsule! Too early to judge the benefits, but so far, so good!”

“My order arrived very quickly and could fit through the letterbox which was quite nice. I really appreciate how environmentally friendly this company is including the compostable covering on each and every vitamin. They taste as they should do but I will say that they have a slightly strange texture which I can't really describe as it is not like a chewy or firm jelly. I have only been taking these for just over a month is so obviously I have not noticed any differences yet. The only setback is the high price but I am understandable that 3D printing is expensive and the fact that these are personalised and economically made.”

“My nourished batch were of the gamer stack variety. They didn't tast like cola nor were they sour. Their texture was that of play dough and they had 0% effect on me would not reccommend”

“I love my Nourished stacks! It's a relief to know they don't have any nasty extras and they're very mild on the stomach, so can eat them at any time. Beware the white kidney bean, it DOES work right away, especially if you eat too many carbs...which is good, keeps you in line.”
