“The box was damaged and all the vitamin packs were out of the box and had the wrong name on them. Purchased these for my daughter she did not like the texture.”

“I had always brought many different supplements and found it uncomfortable having to swallow multiple pills each day. Taking the nourished supplement is so much nicer. It works out a bit cheaper then the multiple supplements I was buying. It is very sweet, but I have a sweet tooth so isn't a probelm for me. I have only been taking them for a couple of weeks, so will see if I notice a difference after a few months.”

“I've been taking them for about 2 weeks now. Not noticed anything over other supplements. I think it's a very nice idea to be able to fine-tune / target specific issues with your supplements but they are not as comprehensive as a full multi-vitamin. Plus I do not like the taste / texture of them. I think I will just go back to my regular ones afterward. Great idea though, and I am sure many people will like them, but suggest you try 1 month before committing.”

Hey Sandro Thank you so much for the review We do advise that benefits can be felt within 8-12 weeks of consistent consumption, as with any other vitamin regime 😊 We use natural flavourings within our stacks, some do have a stronger taste than others. But we do have a range of delicious coatings to try too 🍓🍊🍍
