“I was a bit sceptical about this product at first and wasn't sure it would work for me. I was going to cancel after a month as I didn't feel any improvements but I'm very glad I was persuaded to stay and for a discount. I'm now starting to feel better. More energy, less aching etc. Heidi has been great to me and has shown great knowledge, professionalism and empathy when dealing with me. Thanks you all for an awesome product and awesome people. “Really impressed with Nourished, love the personalisation of the stack and the different flavours you can choose. The Cola flavour is really good, it makes taking vitamins much more fun than swallowing a bland capsule and hoping for the best! Feel like it helps you absorb the vitamins better and already feel more energetic from taking them. Love the fact that they are 3d printed fresh to order, very cool!”

“I cannot say i am seeing any improvements on my PCOS symptoms, but have noticed minor improvements to the quality of sleep. Currently taking these for nearly 2 months and will continue to as they say it is going to take a lot longer than that. Would be amazing if they would make magnesium glycinate available as an option. Also as a suggestion to have an option to select no coating. not a big fan of the two flavours i tried to date.”

Thanks for the great review Aida we always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any nutrient regime to really start to feel a difference. Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual. We are always working on developing our nutrient range to include more and more, please keep your eyes peeled 🤩
