“It's great to know that I don't need to have heaps of different bottles of vitamins, instead all in one (v tasty I should add) gummy. The fact that I can tweak and change it depending on general life ups & downs and what I need at the time, is a further bonus :)”

“So far I am pleased with the Nourished vitamins. I used to stop and start vitamins, but as these are jelly-like vitamins, it makes it more interesting to eat. I have them on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up. I am yet to see any dramatic changes from taking them, I have been on them around 6-7 weeks now. But I will continue and see how I feel. I don't think the white packaging is very exciting, for each individual wrapped one - would make it more interesting if it was clear so you could see the gummy. This however, doesn't impact the nutritional benefits!”

“I have been a user of Nourished since they first started. I am an early adopter and the innovation in the product blew my mind. Plus it is a female-founded company which is always awesome to see. I know they use the best in class ingredients (such as HydroCurc) as I do my own research. I love the customisability and the customer service is first class. Its the easiest most high quality way to get what I need and i can switch and change any time. It is the way to go for personalised health and its such a cutting edge way to do it.
