“I’ve been using nourished now for almost 12 months.. I was sceptical at first thinking “what makes nourished different to every other multi vitamin?”.. 12 months on and I’d never go without! The vitamins I receive are a specific and delicate combination of ingredients personalised to me. I can review, swap, change with just a few clicks of buttons.I have supplements in my stack which are aimed to assist recovery from exercise and improve performance. As a daily runner I can feel the benefits of taking the organic and vegetable/fruit based supplements. I’ve never ran as well in my life! Alongside this I have vitamins in my stack to ease digestion, as a serial ‘bloater’ it was critical my stack contained ingredients which eased this symptom. I haven’t been bloated since I started taking nourished, my digestive system has calmed right down and I wouldn’t be without. A few months ago I stopped taking nourished as a personal experiment to see if they actually did work the wonders I feel they do. Within a week of stopping i felt the difference with stomach pains and bloating being the main symptom. Sure enough as soon as i started taking it again; 100% better. Nourished are modern, efficient, tasty, personalised and hugely beneficial. Everything about them is perfect, if you have anything about you, you’d be off creating your stack as soon as you have finished reading. You will NOT look back!!”

“Although they took a while to arrive, the vitamins seem to have had an effect already! I feel much fuller so I don’t eat as much at meal times and my eyes and skin seem much more healthy. I also seem to be sleeping better and have more energy. Not sure if it’s just a placebo effect but I’m pretty happy with the vitamins so far!”

“I can tell you now Get Nourished is an absolute con, the only thing they can take credit for is their slick marketing. Yes the concept of personalised gummy stacks for vitamins and other nutrients is absolutely fantastic, however the reality is very different. The vitamin dosages are extremely low compared to other multivitamins, their stock response is that their dosages comply with recommended levels and their absorption rates 'may' be higher. Well other multivitamins have huge dosages to take into account low absorption rates, and there is no real indication that the absorption rates of these gummies are high enough to make up for that. Then there is the non vitamin nutrients, take Maca for example 40mg. That literally is not even a 10th of the dosage that I now get in pure powder form in a single capsule for another company. Look at recommended dosage levels for pure maca online and they are far higher than what is contained in these gummies which barely amounts to trace levels. I queried this and they said it all depends on the form it is taken in. Seriously? So pure powder form in a capsule requires a lot more than what is inside a gummy? It doesn't leave much confidence in other nutrient dosages such as Mango or tart cherry etc. So dosage levels are ridiculously low for the price of the product which is very expensive. Also when signing up for a subscription you will have gaps in between boxes due to their delivery problems. The response back to me was that Evri their courier lost a batch of boxes? Really? I have Evri deliveries from other companies with no issues at all. And why are the delivery times so long anyway? Clearly Get Nourished have gone for the absolute cheapest option when sending out their deliveries with Evri, and they can't even keep to the already very long delivery times. Who wants to pay a fortune for a vitamin subscription and then have to wait between boxes? This isn't a new issue either despite what their customer service responses say, they have had delivery issues for a very long time. Just look at the historic reviews! Also I was supposed to be able to write a 2nd review after 3 months on their website. Guess what no option to do so. Conclusion, great concept and marketing, poor product, atrocious delivery, very expensive, and customer service in terms of sending free boxes to make up for it is nowhere near enough”
