“Exactly what I needed and wanted for vitamins! I need to take a variety of vitamins every day, but the big chunky tablets are hard to swallow, and I had so many other kinds of tablets too and would forget to take them. Or would need to take them with a huge glass of water. Whereas nourished are exactly what I need, with sugar free flavour coatings that taste great and give me all the vitamins at once. I can also change the coating or the different vitamins every month. Love them!!”

“Love the concept of one supplement tailored to me instead of endless pills. They taste great (the sour coatings are all excellent). It's great to be able to change the supplements in the stack depending on my needs, or just to try something new. Pricey, but justifiably so, and worth it for the ease and simplicity.”

“Unfortunately, both my boxes have been late. There seem to be issues keeping up with a subscription, so I had a bit of a gap in between. I was made aware of a card error, but this was rectified immediately, so there is no justification for the 2nd box being delayed by over a week. Customer Services were helpful and friendly, but I don't have much faith in the reliability of the subscription. However, they are enjoyable to eat, and taste pretty good. I haven't seen any outstanding results. Hopefully they're doing some good... Price-wise, they are on the pricier side. I'm unsure whether we're paying more for the novelty of 3D printing - it's not really clear why this is necessary. It feels a bit faddy. Overall, I'm willing to give these more time, because I really don't enjoy taking massive tablet form vitamins, but I'm yet to be convinced on whether this product is something I should stick with in the long-run.”

“I took the Inner Peace stack. Not something I was looking forward to achieve or even expecting, but I was very interested in learning what the stack would be influencing my body with. I can affirm that it did help me for that “period of the month” feeling. I am, as everyone else, very emotional during that time. However, I only noticed I was under it because of my cycle tracker notifying me. The Inner Peace stack did help me to control a lot of my hormones and I am absolutely delighted with the positive effects of it.”
