“Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and order still hasn’t even been dispatched. I’ve chased this up twice and been told there are ‘delays’ but still my item is yet to be dispatched. This is the first time I’m trying these and was so excited for them but I am feeling disappointed and let down. No refund or adequate compensation has even been offered either.”

“Delivery arrived extremely late. I had to follow up with CS. It then took another two weeks for it to simply leave the warehouse! Can’t review the actual product but delivery and lack of follow up - despite promised means I’ll look for something more reliable.”

“I like that fact that the package is home compostable. Also love that, just come in simple minimised package as possible. I have to be honest, I really don't know if this gummy made me any difference yet or never. but it's just me i'm like very insensitive maybe. Anyway, if i have to take some goodness/supplements, i'd like to take from reliable and trusted company and I think Nourished would be one of them. Some questions tho... it's quite long time to get them second time i almost forgot we ordered one (maybe because personalised...?) and not cheap but maybe full of goodness and quality? One thing for sure, it's defiantly yummy desert without the guilt!”

“Goodness never tasted so good. Most vitamin pills today are dull grey with either no taste or a bad taste. Nourished is different - it takes me back to my childhood and those chewy Haliborange 'sweets' my mother used to feed me daily. But Nourished is much broader - covering a wide range of differnt vitamin and supplement needs. And when on special offer is pretty good value too”

“They are really good but there is a big issue with despatch , my gummies have been late by a whole 3 weeks twice now which makes having a subscription a bit pointless. The company have offered discount to compensate but unfortunately i get particularly tired when I’m not taking supplements so I hope this will get resolved in the future otherwise I might have to quit”

“I love these vitamin supplements, I’ve had them for a few months and I think they’ve made a difference. The customer service is great and a big reason to why I haven’t cancelled as the last few orders have been late, one two weeks and one four weeks late. My current order is also late. I have had to buy extra supplements now because of how often these are delayed- especially in winter. Hoping they get these issues ironed out soon.”

“The gummies themselves are tasty and I find them so much better to take than tablets. I really like how they are tailored to my goals and health needs. I think for what you get the price is fair seen as off the shelf vitamins are about as useful as eating smarties so for me, the price is worth it. I think I'm the future I would like to see some sort of tracking system to see where your vitamins are in production.”

“My order wasn’t processed for weeks in which time there was no communication. If I hadn’t realised and contacted customer services then I can only imagine that my money would have been taken and no order received. The only reason for two stars rather than one is that customer services were quite quick to respond. However the lack of reminders before a subscription order is shipped is really poor because it means I will now have far too much of the product. This really needs to be fixed.”
