“Being able to personalise the vitamins in the “gummie”/stack is very useful as I can fill the gaps that my diet isn’t naturally providing, and it’s great that you can update selected vitamins as you see fit. I struggle to swallow tablets and follow a vegan diet, so the Nourished vitamin stack is perfect for me. When you’re selecting the vitamins to include, the website makes it very clear what the known benefits are of each vitamin so you can make an informed decision.”

“I love the convenience of getting 7 vitamins/supplements in one dose. Priced at £30 to £40 for 28 doses actually works out depending on where you get your vitamins from sometimes better/sometimes worse. It all depends on the number of supplements /vitamins you are planning to consume. Currently I pay £65.00 for 28 doses and that equates to 14 vitamins/supplements/month. If I do quick maths - 14 - depending on the brand you buy - Vitamins can range from £9.99 to £29.99 for 30/60/90 doses - so you do the math!”
