“The stacks tasted horrible and l ended up with severe diarrhea for a week after eating them for a few days. Would not recommend. I ended up just throwing the box out.”

“I tried Nourished in December as we approached the winter season and i wanted to avoid picking up any illness. I train regularly and work in a school so the chance of picking up germs is high and i wanted to give myself the best chance. I have taken vitamins before inconsistently and the fact i could get everything i needed in one appealed. I was skeptical at first as i have tried many supplements before but i was shocked as how good i felt. Ive had them designed for me for 3 months now, they taste really nice and throughout this time i have not been poorly, ive had more energy and ive seen benefits in my health. I will definitely keep having these!”
