“I had been feeling tired and dispirited for a while and , after reading the information on Nourished , and being able to identify the areas I needed to improve, felt I would give it a try. After two months I realised I was feeling more energised. The stacks are pleasant to eat and flavours can be varied.”

“I had a family member in the hospital and I wanted to get her something that would make her feel better, besides the traditional flowers and candies. I wanted to get her something more meaningful to show how much I cared about her and her health. I wanted a special gift, a personalized gift, and nourished provided that special gift. My family member loves her healthy gummies and it was designed specifically for her which meant so much to her. I was so glad I found that perfect gift. I most definitely recommend nourished products.”

“They dont seem to be working in any way shape of form at the moment and had one box and started the second, have another 2 ordered but not impressed at the moment. In fact my sleep patterns have got worse”

Hey Polly - thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! The stacks are deigned to be chewed. We do use natural flavourings within our ingredients and we have some great flavour coatings that you could try too.. in both sweet and sour options
