“I am definitely quite pleased with my order from Nourished. I love the idea of designer vitamins that are purposed just for me. They taste good - not as weird as I initially anticipated with the contents of my stack. I had a 3 months subscription initially and am certain that I will be re-ordering before my last box runs out! I personally believe they should change their courier though as I had a problem with my last order and have never held a good opinion of that particular company in the past.”

“I’m a bug fan of Nourished. The ability to tailor a multi-vitamin to your own needs is SO awesome. The subscription service is so convenient, I never run out and never have to think about it. If you want to change or tweak what’s in the vitamin, it’s super easy to do online. The new flavours are great, I feel like a kid with my little treat every morning. Plus the compostable packaging really seals the deal for me. 10/10 highly recommend!!”

“I had tried personalised vitamins before which came in a tablet form, I was taking around 4 - 5 tablets per day and the taste was awful! I then found Nourised and have not looked back, taking them is easy and I have noticed a difference already (2 weeks in)”

“Having been initially sceptical I have been pleasantly surprised. The outer layer did indeed taste of black current, the stack itself on the large side but following a couple of chews is good. Seems to be doing what it said on the box , reduced appetite. Would buy again”

We are pleased to hear you like the taste of your stacks! We do advise to allow 8-12 weeks of taking any vitamin and supplements to start to feel a difference. Everybody is different it very much depends on the individual. 😊

Hey Gillian, Thank you for your review. Our vitamins are sugar free they are coated in a natural sweetener derived from fruits. Our stacks also come in either a sweet or sour coating and a variety of different flavours such as Pineapple or Strawberry. 😊

“I am very pleased with them. You have to chew them quickly the taste isn’t fab but it’s a few seconds to get the vitamins you need! It isn’t horrible just not nice! I’ve only tried strawberry. I’ve only been taking them for a couple of weeks and I’ve noticed less headaches and more energy.”
