“Had major problems buying my policy on line due to a technical issue with the site so I had to phone to buy the policy, I was asked to email proof of identity before they could set up the policy and take payment and they said a bank statement would be fine but after I sent it they said a bank statement was not acceptable and asked me to send a utility bill which I did then after another phone call they said that I didn't need to send the utility bill as the bank statement was fine , so after a very frustrating day I eventually purchased the policy. The price was good with a good level of cover for my needs it's just a pity that the web site was not managed better as I tried for 3 days to buy online.”
