“Managed to fill in form on line but when I came to pay was told time had run out. Was this meant to happen? I filled form 3 times but couldn’t pay on line I always had to phone company to complete transaction. Was cheapest quote so I persevered and completed in the end.”

They don’t return any correspondence and somehow had my information incorrect from the beginning and I didn’t know until my policy was due to renew—more than double of what I was originally paying. So it makes me wonder if I was paying too much for my original quote?! Never again!!!!!!!!”
