“I cancelled my policy within 14 days during cooling off period. I had phone conversation with their representative, they clearly mentioned the administration fee is £45. They finally charged me £98 without any reason. They are cheater, don’t buy anything from this company.”

“Was really easy to get a quote especially for an older person. Plus the fact that they would insurance an older person which is getting more difficult to find...can't comment about contacting them as It's my first time being insured with them, but hopefully (touching wood) everything will be fine”

Got a quote on Go.Compare a week or so ago but when I came to take out the policy the price had gone up £45 !!! I am not too happy about this as I thought the quote was valid for 30 days !!
Don't expect to get a quote and the price to remain the same if you don't take out insurance immediately”
