“When setting up the policy, I was unsure about my drivers license as I'd moved house at the same time of setting it up, and rang customer service as to what the best thing to do, I was given help by the staff there, but when I followed this advice I was then sent an email to contradict what was said over the phone, so there was confusion for me and a little bit stressful to get things done in the time frame.”
