“I tried a few comparison sites and iGO4 were the best price they did lack one option but that was added on when I got to iGO4 site and the insurance was still the best priced. I can't as yet comment on the claims process and hope that I never have to.”

“My daughter is only 20 (so classed as a young driver), she has been driving for 3 years (first year with a black box, second year insurers said there was no need for her to have a black box fitted as her driving was fine), no claims, no accidents, no tickets/ fines etc yet other companies required her to still have a black box fitted and the excess was on average £500! IG04 seem to have recognized that if she’s been driving for 3 years with no issues then she must be a pretty safe and responsible driver. We got insurance for her (with IG04) with no black box and excess only £100. Ok, so the monthly premium is higher than others but she can afford it and this suited her. I would have given them an extra star for very good if the monthly premiums were lower but other than that so far so good.”

“The lowest quote was very helpful and I have accepted it and paid my deposit however I have still not received my hard copy of the contract despite making 3 requests which is why I cannot give it 5 stars.”

“Been with iGO4 for home insurance for a couple of years and they have been good and are again the cheapest quote I can find on renewal. Only had to deal with them once when we first set up and there was confusion over an old claim. They said I hadn't told them about the second claim (as there was Buildings and content claims related to same burglary, but I had. They immediately rectified the error and removed the variation charge. I found them friendly and helpful so will be staying with them this year again.”
