“Worst car insurance broker out there, several hours on hold, the number sends you to close brothers which is really annoying, they have record of a phone call asking for my insurance to be cancelled and when they try and transfer you to igo4 the phone cuts off - several times, have tried to cancel my insurance several times over the phone and on the website and yet igo4 conveniently have no record of it, the “customer service” team are very rude when you finally get through my account was not in arrears I was just trying to cancel As I’ve sold my car. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR IF YOU ARE READING THIS, AVOID!!!”
