“Simple form filling, and I then phoned Hastings just to check over the forms and we corrected some things that was not right, we agreed and updated the policy to include the alterations, which was done for me in PDF, phoning was easy and the each person I talked to made it less stressful for me, so fo rmy experience it was straight forward”
