“They don't offer business insurance - didn't find this out until I tried to add it on for work purposes. So would need to cancel policy and take new out elsewhere, at considerable cost!
Also didn't get a free skippy kangaroo! Do they exist?”
“Very poor customer service. Took hours to get through, then line went dead before I completed request to change vehicle. Took ages again to get through”
“I was shocked at some point when I wanted comprehensive cover for a month whe I was told they do not offer that kind of policy and to make things worse to be told that the TTF cover that I was given only covered the car and not me I was extra dissatisfied”

“Sent them proof of no claims bonus they said they didn't receive it but did receive copy of licence which was sent in the same envelope sent a copy of no claims discounts again they again said they hadn't received it and told me the insurance could get cancelled if we didn't give it , this was very worrying as I had already paid a large deposite i emailed it the third time and didn't hear any more off them after that also i asked for them to send the policy through post they didn't do that either I had to buy ink for my printer to print it off myself.”
“Easy to buy and no issue with documents, when we have had to speak to them over the phone they were generally nice apart from our most recent conversation when the girl from go skippy was very patronising, arrogant and rude. She was also extremely unhelpful and we did not get a resolution to our problem.”
“I found go skippy very unpersonnel to speak to, not very helpful, and dont think i was given best deal, as was not made clear . If direct debit failed, it was VERY costly, where some companys try again a week or so later, and text you to let you know, as they want to help, and they want to keep you as a customer. With Go Skippy, maybe cheaper than some, but I guess I got what I paid for.”
