“If you're au fait with technology this site is fairly simple to use. Price for me is very good. Would've liked the option to take off 'driving abroad' - I'm never going to do that!!! There is no 'customer service' in my eyes as that implies contact with a real person and that isn't what you get. Overall I'm pleased”

They were not listening to me but rather prefer to give machine, generic answers. The beauty of communication is listen and respond. For them, it is generic and Machine answers. Not person centered customer service.”
