“Arranged car insurance on line and uploaded photos of driving licences. Had to call Goskippy as they had not sent me confirmation of my (previous) NCD. Instead of adding it they sent me a hardcopy. I then received a letter telling me that I had not uploaded the driving license. I tried to ring to resolve and was then left on hold for over 10 mins so was unable to resolve the difficulty.very poor customer service”
