“Poor service. I lost trust and had to cancel my policy barely 8hrs into it. Some underlying charges which I wasn't told in earlier calls with their representatives. They were not listening to me but rather prefer to give machine, generic answers. The beauty of communication is listen and respond. For them, it is generic and Machine answers. Not person centered customer service.”
