“Very impressed on price. I took out two separate covers online. Both were blocked for some reason and I had to call into customer services. They resolved my first issues swiftly but when it came to the 2nd one, it required the supervisors attention which in the end got resolved too however the only negative is that by the time I got to the second policy, I had to have all the script repeated again, he couldn't even skip a step when ALL had already been done online so I waste double time. Frustrating as I kept telling him I was in a hurry as I only had 30min lunch break. Find a way to keep the scripts to a minimum.”
