“Avoid! I have never experienced such bad customer service! we have our van insured with them and had to call to update an address change and add another driver as this can't be done on the portal. I called and waited 49 minutes until I got through to someone just for them to advise me I had been put through to the wrong department, I let them know I had already waited 49 minutes to get through to them. I asked how long would I now need to wait after they transfer me through to the correct team. they advised it wouldn't be long at all, it has now been 2 HOURS & 22 MINUTES. A total of 3 HOURS & 48 MINUTES... and I am still waiting!”
