“Recently i added a car insurance and I found a simple procedure to complete the process. After accessing the account, I found all the details. But received an email from premium credit for the direct debit which makes me feels like a scam and contacted goskippy before proceeding with agreement signing. I believe it will be good if the site makes a little bit more user friendly and will be good if any thing required from our side, should pop up while we open our online account which makes ours and yours day happier.
Another suggestion is, you can introduce an app instead of an online account to make the procedures easy and will easy for the customers to use

It's a racket designed to make you cancel and so that you will change insurer but still pay a heavy fee. Win win for them. Please avoid at all costs. Going to the FOS.”
