“Price was better than the other companies I compared against. The website was easy to navigate when purchasing my insurance. The cover is overall better than I have had in the last 4 years. Would prefer to be able to use a app to manage my policy, make a claim etc but happy to use the website platform. Haven't used the rest of the service other than purchasing my insurance. Been told from a friend who had previously purchased insurance through GoSkippy that it may be difficult to change details using the website platform and that he had issues when phoning the company so will see in the future what my experience is with the website/phone/company service.”

Went on the money supermarket comparison site and added breakdown cover go skippy essentials was the cheapest and breakdown cover was added for £39.99, but when I went onto the site the price was the same but didn't come with breakdown cover and to add it I had to upgrade and pay an extra £75. Managed to finally get through to someone and all I was told is ' there's nothing we can do as the essential doesn't come with breakdown cover'”

The disappointing part of this process was that when searching other sites then going back to my quote the price kept going up. Eventually had to pay £100 more than initial quote.”
