About Gazegill Organics:

Our family have been farming at Gazegill for about 500 years and as current custodians our responsibility to continue farming in a sustainable and nature led way is very important. We have always believed that nature is never wrong and farming organically produces healthier food from happier animals within a sound ecological system. Happy, healthy animals make better food with a traditional flavour. The rare and traditional breeds that we keep are better suited to the organic system and are slowly grown, this ensures a longevity of life based around a natural approach to farming. We love them to bits, they are our extended family.

“All the items I'd ordered were firstly, delivered on time and in original state as at the point of packaging. Whereas the organic raw milk tasted amazingly buttery and creamy, the beef and lamb products were bursting with flavour, nutrients, and taste. The organic beef stock bones oozed with plenteous marrow and I added some lentils, salt and herbs to make it into a wholesome filling broth. Packaging components were hygienic, kept items safely cold, fully eco-friendly and recyclable. This was my very first order and my family and I were very impressed. Have recommended it to friends too. Will soon by placing my next order. Happy experience 👏”

“Fantastic in every way. The taste first of all, rich and satisfying and somehow 'natural' in a way your instincts tell you. Very easily digested. Good long fridge life. Numerous health benefits, see the Raw Milk Institute for lots of recent research. Couldn't recommend more highly, especially as its organic and grass-fed and from lovely pasture-rich and rainy Lancashire!”

I live in Southport, but did actually visit Gazegill farmshop a couple of months ago where there is a huge selection of stock to choose from. “Love these burgers, I have 2-6 each day. Sometimes they have zero gristle and are absolutely perfect. Other times when there is more gristle they are not as good or tasty. However, i still eat everyday as these are the best that I can find in the UK.”
