“Ordered a bracelet and pin. But the bracelet knot started to unravel within a few days of arriving. Now its been about 3 weeks and the knot kept unravelling, so my mum reburnt the ends to hopefully stop it from unravelling. I kinda expected wear and tear to cause some unravelling but i literally havent done anything to cause such unravelling. I love the product and i dont know what went wrong with the knot. Thank you very much for the products. Happy pride.”

Hi Sorry we were slow replying to your message sent through the website. We do drown a bit in messages and emails around pride month, but can see we've replied and sent the correct pack out to you and the tracking shows it has been received. Happy Pride Month! Ian

“Communication and postal timings are poor. I am very happy with the items ordered but extremely disappointed in the level of customer care. Labels are creating for post giving a false sense that you will receive your items within the following few days however this particular order sat with 'Label created' for way longer than you would expect. Only after sending an email which has not been responded to was the parcel actually handed to royal mail and finally delivered. At present I am still waiting for an item which was pre order back in September 25. I totally understand that the seller is not able to dispatch items which have not arrived with them due to suppliers changing release dates, what it does not mean however that when enquiring you hear nothing back. Courtesy goes a long way when you are a first time or returning customer. A courteous email was sent once back in late 2025 but since then nothing. This current item has now sat showing label created since the 5th February.”

“A great selection of books, and signed books at a fabulous price. However, if you’re a collector proceed with caution. Out of my two orders one was delivered with some damage to the dust jacket and pages, it looks like it was caused when it was put in the otherwise really good packaging. I reached out twice to customer services and heard nothing back from two different email addresses.”

“I ordered what stated on the website of a Swift tea Coaster but once you go into it, it's a mug not a coaster but I wasn't aware of this until I received a mug. The website is confusing. Even though the mug is really nice, it's not what I thought I was getting. The mug is even in the coaster drop down menu so you'd assume it was a coaster with a mug.”

“I bought 2 dog tags and some lovely badges. They’re all lovely and were sent promptly. I liked the quality of the dog tags and was wearing mine lots but sadly the chain is quite tarnished now and I’ve got a green neck! The actual dog tag seems nice quality so it’s a shame the chain is making me green as reluctant to wear now and I only bought within the month”

“I had ordered a mindful demure mug from the shop but I had received an incorrect product. I emailed to ask for a replacement which was correct and this was done the next day without further question after i provided photo evidence and a copy of my original order. A poor initial mistake but quickly rectified. The replacement hasn't arrived yet.”

“Overall good quality items, however my earrings broke after 2 days and fell off very easily so wouldnt reccoment those…the pins were good but a bit too expensive in my opinion.”

“Great bits and bobs for stocking fillers. However I was a bit disappointed with the socks - who wants socks that you need to handwash and can't go in the washing machine (unless they're fancy wool ones which these definitely aren't!)!”

“I don't normally leave bad reviews but I've been trying to contact you via email for a few weeks with no response. A couple of weeks ago I placed book order. However, one of the books I recieved was not what I ordered. I would appricate if someone could get this sorted for me. Otherwise a really great shop.”

“I got the non-binary elasticated band and the moth they them pronoun pin. There was no size comparison for the pronoun pin having just received it today I can say I'm thoroughly disappointed with the size, it's literally just twice the size of my thumb fingernail, I was hoping it would be bigger to help with being misgendered but it's ridiculous to expect anyone to read it, especially people not looking for it. The band is good and I'm hoping that's enough.”

“I ordered 4 items, one was not in Stockland was fully refunded another was supposed to be a coaster but was given a fridge magnet instead! Otherwise no problems”

“One of the items I ordered was correct but I also ordered a Trixie Mattel ‘Oh Honey’ pin badge which had Trixie’s face on it. I received the ‘enamel pin’ which is different without her face. I would honestly have never raised this with the company as it’s so minor but it was a gift for someone else. I emailed to let them know of the issue and eventually I needed to chase up a response. Once they responded I did get told they would issue me the correct pin which went through straight away. But again I received the wrong pin. I believe this may be a picking and packing issue, that the pins are not correctly labelled when sending, it’s so small I really didn’t want to be a nag and raise it a second time but clearly there is a small internal issue that needs sorting.”

“Pins were fab! Delivery was around 3-4 days so pretty good- only problem I had was my belt I ordered won’t hold. Like I’ll tighten it and it slowly undoes itself. I’m not even an obese person and at one point I literally got stuck inside the belt because it refused to move. Probally instead use a regular buckle. Like have holes in the belt and a piece of metal you can clip through.”

“I wish more care was taken in the packaging of the items received. Box was not secure and open, and as a result, the jackets of the books were damaged, which wouldn't have happened if properly packed.”
