My package hasn't arrived and nobody has bothered to respond to my email asking where my product is.

I am VERY unhappy - and I have emailed separately about this, but you have not responded. The two swimwear items were too small. I tried them over my underwear for hygeine purposes, and I decided to visit the store directly to exchange them for a larger size. The member of staff in the store was very ambivalent. She contacted the warehouse, and then I was told that they could not be exchanged because I had tried them on, and 'opened the bag'. This is ludicrous. I had not seen it in the terms and conditions on the website, admittedly, because if I had, I would not have made the purchagse. By comparison, I went to Marks and Spencers to buy some new (non gay) swimshorts yesterday, which I took into the fitting room, and tried on, with NO issue! So I have now spent £24 (includind P&P) for something I cannot wear. Wasted money which I cannot afford to do. So I emailed my dissatisfaction, but have not even had the courtesy to a reply until I received this 'general' request for a review! As a result I will probably not purchase again from the gaypride shop. I was not impressed with the relatively disinterested attitude of the employee, but to be fair to her, she was passing on the information she was being told by whoever she contacted at the warehouse.

Placed an order for a signed copy of Frankie Boyle’s latest book. Paid three times the price of the book to have it shipped to the US, which I was happy to do. Received an unsigned copy. Wrote several times and never received a response. Deeply resentful of this. Buyer beware.

Absolutely terrible, book arrived damaged and despite multiple emails no one has bothered to get back to me. Do not buy from this shop

I have emailed the company twice enquiring about an exchange or refund for a poor quality product and have received no response, just constant spam emails.

They cancelled my order and refunded without any explanation as to why. When I emailed them to ask why they never responded. When I looked on their website the things I ordered were still in stock so they just cancelled my order for no reason which is a shame.

Awful and would not recommend you to anyone or want to use you ever again. I wanted to order 3 different flag vinyl sticker 6 of each 18 in total then one was out of stock so settled with 2 different 12 total paid for it and the £2.50 postage. Over a week later I get an email to say another was out of stock and was being refunded so now left with 1 type 6 stickers out of the 18 I wanted and still paying £2.50 for the to post the now 6 stickers. I emailed them never heard a thing back two days later I emailed again to a different email both of which was on there refund email saying any problem to email us and still never received any response. I want to cancel the order for a full refund but nearly a week later 6 of the 18 stickers turned up. They are very close to going in the bin as I had bought all from somewhere else and I will not use these out of principal and to have someone ask me where I got them from cos I will not promote this awful company. Appalling customer service

Delivery took longer than stated, customer service was rude, sent items back and was ignored repeatedly, was only given refund after I threatened to contact trading standards. Then has the audacity to ask for a review.

1st order with “pride shop “ Never arrived despite ordering it couple week in advance for my local pride . After waiting for emails back said repost and blamed Royal Mail I don’t think blame is on mail service but poor service of the gay pride shop If you send out post like this your quote/sayings If you haven't received your order yet or it has been delayed, please could we ask that you contact us first, before leaving a review. Sometimes orders can get lost by Royal Mail. Looks like happens often if that’s the case and you get lots of problems why not use another carrier service .. Own up “ gay pride shop to your errors Don’t try pull the wool over our eyes

Hello Jason None of the items I ordered have arrived and I am very upset about it. The item was for a wedding cake and I have now had to source other items last minute and no one was available to help me. So poor overall. 6€ for your temporary tattoo becomes 20€ with shipping costs (for an envelope....). Either, I buy...then customs asks me for 26€ fees for an import outside Europe, so 46€. So I refused the package. Honestly, they could have put this in a simple envelope!! Be careful of all these additional fees.

Hi Sorry to hear you are not happy having to pay customs/import duty when you place an order from the UK and you live in Belgium. The size of the package we send it in would make no difference to the import fees your country charges, and we have a legal obligation to be honest with the customs forms. A few weeks ago I ordered a book from you and a few days later I recieved a confirmation message. I then got a message saying my order was cancelled and my money being refunded, without saying why. As the date I needed the book, for my book group meeting, has passed, I don't want it any more.

Product didn't turn up. They sent me an email asking them to review them. They said in the email if the product didn't turn up then please email them before leaving a review. I emailed them and they didn't respond. Happy to change the review when we figure out where the order is or replace the order or I just generally get some good customer service. Things go missing, it happens, be cool though.

The star wars card I ordered still hasn't arrived. It's for Valentines day, so I hope Gay Pride Shop will send another one out please. Jason emailed me but I'm a bit confused if it's actually been dispatched as Royal Mail won't allow me to track it yet. James Brett, Worthing

Hi James As per our emails to you too, you chose second class with no tracking for your order, which is why you can't track it, so we're unsure of your confusion? We also explained it was a discontinued card, so we can't send a replacement. Your order has refunded as it does look like Royal Mail have lost the order. Ian

Didn’t engage at all with me over questions about where the product was manufactured. I feel strongly that we should not buy products made in countries that don’t have robust LGBTQIA+ protections. Product itself is good quality but the company just ignores any questions and don’t engage at all. I have sent 5 emails about this over the course of 2 months, am just posting this now a I’m done with waiting for a response.
