“Not bad quality for the price and arrived in okay time with strict only issue is I thought with the price I paid for postage it was tracked didn't realise I had to pay more for tracking. So only issue I had was seemed bit expensive for postage compared to other sellers hownuse royal mail”

Hi Holly Your order was for 2 flags, which is then deemed a parcel size. We don't make any profit for the postage cost on your order, that is exactly what it costs us + the packaging materials for each order. Some of our orders are only £2 delivery, if the parcel is smaller. So the cost reflects the size and weight of the package. We're glad it go to you though, with all the problems with the strikes at the moment. Jason

“I really like all the things you sell but unfortunately, there had been some mistakes with my order. Some of the patches I ordered have been refunded before my order has been shipped and I don´t know why. Also one patch I ordered has not been sent to me but instead a patch I didn`t order. It was also cat and rainbow related but it still wasn`t the same. I didn`t want to refund it because of the customs duty I had to pay because I live in Germany.”

“Came to the site to buy 3 very tidy silver backed pin. To wear with smart clothes. Love is love. Sadly you only had 2 badges available and instead sent me the 2 plus 3 very cheap looking kids badges love is love. So cheap there no point in sending them back so I guess I'll put the in the bin and add to land fill. Disappointed.”

Hi Douglas Sorry we only had 2 of the badges you ordered in stock. We sent these 2 to you, refunded you for the 3rd one. And also sent you 3 of the small pin badges for free to say sorry - there was no need to return the ones we sent for free. You should have received an email on the 26th October confirming the refund for the 3rd badge Jason

“I'm actually a bit disappointed, as I bought what was described as a numbered, signed special edition with edged paper and a ribbon bookmark, and what I got was a bog-standard hardback book. I'm thrilled with the condition of the book (and the book itself), but I was very excited about the special edition and dismayed that what I received wasn't as promised :/”

“I preordered a book so I could read it as soon as it came out, but it was a couple of weeks delayed in arriving and I didn't receive any information as to why. I couldn't track my parcel and I even reached out on twitter to no response. The book was very in demand so I'm sure you sent it as soon as possible but some communication would have been appreciated!”

“All of the items I received were of good quality and arrived promptly. However, 2 of the 4 items I received were not what I ordered. Because I'm in the United States, I decided that the exchange process would not be worth the trouble so I'm keeping the items I received.”

“Slower deliver time than what I’m used to (ordered on the 2nd, arrived on the 8th). If you need an extended period of time to return items I would suggest shopping elsewhere to ensure you’re able to get a refund if required.”

“Having owned a previous freedom beach towel, i was a little disappointed with the quality v how it was advertised. My old towel was cotton and double sided. This one is single sided and thin. In my view not quite worth the £30 it cost.”

“Paid for next day delivery Friday morning, they said it was shipped before noon but it didn't arrive with royal mail until noon Monday. Had I known it would take just as long as first, I wouldn't have paid extra. Decent products, but that simple fact means I can't give more than 3 stars - I've paid for something that they, for whatever reason, have not completed as they claimed.”

Below is the postal option you chose when placing your order and the description next to it when you checkout, which does state that it is not a guaranteed service Royal Mail First Class (Tracked 24) Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day, if your order is received by 9am. This is not a guaranteed service and can take longer during busy periods like bank holidays or Pride Month.
