One of the items I ordered was correct but I also ordered a Trixie Mattel ‘Oh Honey’ pin badge which had Trixie’s face on it. I received the ‘enamel pin’ which is different without her face. I would honestly have never raised this with the company as it’s so minor but it was a gift for someone else. I emailed to let them know of the issue and eventually I needed to chase up a response. Once they responded I did get told they would issue me the correct pin which went through straight away. But again I received the wrong pin. I believe this may be a picking and packing issue, that the pins are not correctly labelled when sending, it’s so small I really didn’t want to be a nag and raise it a second time but clearly there is a small internal issue that needs sorting.
