Boiler installed 6th June Excellent firmest by engineers, very courteous and extremely tidy operatives. Firmest of programmer followed four days later, not to previous specification , only three daily positions. Discussed with Boiler Plan UK reason requiring four. Identified Drayton Controls alternative control giving four daily positions. All technical information sent to Boiler Plan UK awaiting response.

Survey was really quick to get the order and told he had booked it in but received another call with a different installation date. And then wouldn’t return my messages

The surveyor was very good but the installation team were very slow on response, indeed they failed to return calls or failed to get back after saying they would.

Easy at first..but then when it came to fitting the boiler it was discovered the pipes were too small for the boiler chosen..very stressful trying to look at alternatives on the spot...lads that came to fit it were spot on though they worked late into the day (think they left about 9pm) due to the delay with the mix up at first point of sale trying to get the boiler up and running...rated a 7 just for the fitters because they were brilliant very knowledgeable

I don't know if this review should be for boiler plan or Worcester Bosch but since I am being chase for review. I have not replied all this while because I am not happy with my purchase. It's been over 4 months and my boiler keeps losing pressure. I have had to raise pressure more than 10 times since I bought it. Worcester Bosch has sent an engineer but no improvement.

Boiler Plan eventually provided a good solution to my boiler replacement and at a competitive cost. It did take 5 days instead of the quoted 1.5 days, involved 4 separate Boiler Plan engineers and took up a lot of my time. After advice from my own gas fitter, they got it right in the end.

The service from Boiler Plan was excellent and best value for money. However, the third party installer was not bothered about the customer needs and left a leak where the flush was carried out and was really rude when questioned about it. Later Boiler Plan engineer fixed it. Hence 3 stars only. If it was only for Boiler Plan then definitely 5 stars. James England (Heating Surveyor) you are a gem.

When it was fitted the man couldn’t get in and out of the house quick enough. He didn’t do what I paid for either. Nor did he explain how to use the system.

The boiler fitter didn?t have all the parts meaning a one day job turned into three days and he didn?t tell the truth as to the reason why the parts weren?t there. He didn?t tidy up after himself meaning I had to do it and was eager to get away from the job as soon as he could. Since then I?ve been waiting for more than a month to get a nest thermostat checked out for a possible fault. Several appointments weren?t kept. Overall I wouldn?t recommend as local installers would probably provide a better, more honest service.
