The installers put the pipes on the wrong way round, so we had no hot water for five days, but they was pretty quick at sending someone out to fix the problem.

I had my new valiant boiler fitted. They have sent one engineer to install it. It took him half a day to install but there were a lot of issues the way he installed it. It is visibly wonky. Used plastic pipes and were sticking out of the property. Not really happy but I thought those were only the problem. After a week when I had my gas safety check. It failed. I had to call them again right away as our new tenants have to move that week. The response was slow and in the end they escalated it to their regional manager and sorted it out. But that has caused me a lot of stress and lost money as the tenant were not able to move because of the problem. Up until now I have not received a reply about my referral bonus and my query about the 10 yr warranty. I spoke to Valiant and they said online it says 2 yrs warranty only because the extended warranty of 8 more yrs should be applied by Boiler Plan. Poor customer service.

Had a Worcester boiler fitted in Nov 2020 Everything ok till 3 weeks ago when Lyric thermostat started playing up. Reported this only to be told thermostat is not covered by guarantee, only the boiler. I was offered the services of a fitter at a fee of £80.

The boiler is fine but the Honeywell software is dodgy. There are times when it does not work to the programmed schedule and the thermostat heats when the system is supposed to be off. Also, even when the target temperature in the programme is reached the boiler does not switch off. Following up on this, Boiler Plan contacted me and sent an engineer around, who discovered a faulty part. He said they would order the new part and keep me posted. But I've not heard from them and the engineer is not returning my calls or texts.

The initial virtual appointment was good and We was provided with all the information. On the appointment, they confirmed we could have our new boiler installed by the end of the week (this was great as our old boiler had packed up and had no hot water etc). However, this was definitely a lie to get the sale from us, As soon as we signed the papers, they phoned to book us in only to inform us that our installation was not for another 2 and a half weeks. When I challenges this, they said they had a large amount of bookings between us singing our papers… The day of the install, the engineer was very professional, but then informed the boiler he had for us would not fit in our current cupboard housing despite being reassured in our appointment that it would fit as this was the one thing we wanted. We were not offered any compensation and was given the option to continue with the install or delay the fitting (even though we had no boiler) and wait for one that would fit. Despite not being happy, we proceeded with the install where they had to remove my cupboard and now have my boiler on show in the kitchen. The boiler took 2 days to install. On the second day, the engineer arrived nice and early before I left for work but was surprised when I returned from work 11 hours later to find him still there and to be informed that Boiler Plan messed up and forgot to arrange an electrician to come and wire everything in, so the poor engineer had to stay late and temporarily wire in the boiler and was told we just had to wait for a phone call from boiler plan to then schedule in the electrician. Again, no apology, compensation or anything from Boiler Plan. 2 days later, we got a call from boiler plan to schedule in the electrician (which my partner had to book another day off). Overall, I would not recommend Boiler Plan themselves at all, however it’s the actual installation guys who deserve at least some recognition. They install guys we’re professional, polite and punctual and they are the only reason I gave some stars above.

Lots of unfulfilled promises. Left without hot water and heat for over 4 weeks. After requesting to speak to a manager no one was available and no one returned my calls. The boiler fitters were good.

Installation was done but the flue wasn’t installed correctly which led to issues. Took you about 10 months to eventually sort it out, including two boiler disconnections by the manufacturer. Last time I called nobody answered the phone and was left without any information. I’m waiting for for you to contact me for my annual service. Looking to move once the contract is up!
