New boiler installed by Gas Call 2 weeks ago. That took more than 2 weeks to arrange. The new boiler stopped working since Friday. Called twice over the weekend and on both occasions we were promised a visit would be scheduled. Called several times today (Monday) and once again were told visit would be scheduled. Monday night and we are still waiting! Clearly the attention is only on services that pay and customer service after the fact is not a priority for Gas Call

Did a powerflush. Why is the water dirty? Didn't do jobs they should have done. Have proof and evidence. I gave them many chance to resolve this. Its not getting reported up the chain.

Starting to feel harassed. Never recieved a letter or anyone at my door. A bloke claiming to be from gas call turns up to my door and said that this is second visit. No I'm at home every god dam day 24 seven a week and nobody has showed up at my door. Starting to feel harassed.

Absolute shambles need work done to fix heating but there refusing to sort it only decent gas engineer there is Paul in fife area I would rate him 5 stars

Rude staff when asked to speak to supervisor they hang up on you, you re arrange an appointment and yet they still turn up at the original date , posting letters through court threatening court action.

Told wouldn't help sick vulnerable person and pet,since discharged hospital, repeatedly cut off and not give reason . Traumatic , heating was good before ddc ask gas call to do, ddc wanted to add a piece ,not specify, after this heating broke down ,been three weeks now into December , lied about call canx , won't give name of manager . Local council no help either as housing officer trying to hurt tenant, says it's ok to eat mould . Mould problem for every single item almost in properly . What's wrong gas call, how can you leave someone just out of hospital with sick pet , oh and put your equipment on the recently deceased pet whilst in hospital's box ..... No thankyou GASCALL

Service from gas call is ridiculous say the turned up for a service when they didn’t and then say they will send someone out I’m sitting in a red/Amber alert weather warning and sitting with no heating again for a second night because they’ve capped my supply and won’t in app it untill they do a service and can’t do the service till next day leaving me freezing in a house with no heating absolute hell!!!!!!!!

didn't see that terrible customer service before ! agreed an appt for the quote boiler installing at 2pm today. the engineer did not attend. rang them, say at 3. did not attend at 3. then rang them again at 3.30, she's just teasing me. avoid at any cost !

Rude staff who got angry at me for asking then to repeat the question. I'm 80% deaf so I struggle to hear. At the end of the call I cried as I felt so belittled.

My local council uses your service I had someone come along at the end of January to look at the job then they came back a month later I'll we need a part and a month later you still haven't been back to do the job a part I am looking at now on eBay apart that is in every plumb centre but some reason your company takes over a month no wonder you've lost the contract and swaleheating as one it back your company is dog's muck covered in puss and puke

Worst customer service dept of all times. Total and utter ,rank ,abusive and unhelpful woman on phone. Threatening , abrubt and completely unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs. One star review almost too generous.

Have had to have an engineer out 3 times since installation now have no hot water or heating again and am 75 years old! Very poor service

Hello Mr Taylor. Thank you for taking my call yesterday, it was great to speak to you. As discussed, some systems do take a little time to settle down or require attention post installation, which is why we have engineers available to respond. In this instance our engineer visits were for alternate issues rather than the newly installed boiler and hopefully these have now been resolved. As promised, you should have received my email. I hope the information I have provided helps to reassure you the boiler is fit for purpose and I hope the supporting literature helps to you to understand the system, educate how to use the controls and increase the pressure. I originally had a boiler with boiler plan, worked for 1year and then several repairs until they decided that it was too faulty to fix and that I was unlucky to have such a boiler. It was replaced with another boiler after several complaints..... Now the new boiler has worked for one year and broken down exactly like the first one. A do not use sign was placed on it, was promised a new part and I have not heard from service for over a month. Their usual numbers are nolonger in service and no response to emails. I feel that this company have sold me two faulty boilers and the stress they have put me through over the years.... I am getting paperwork together to sue them this time around. Someone needs to close them down as the boilers they are selling to some of us are possibly unsafe. The first one used to shake violently that the fire service had to disconnect it in the middle of the night. Please stay away from this company if you can.

Boiler Service booked (via Domestic and General) yet engineer failed to turn up on both occasions. On the second occasion, I wasn't even informed! Policy now cancelled. What a waste of money. Avoid.

Terrible experience. Passed on from EON and we were completely ignored by Boiler Plan. The only time someone reached out to me was one month after they accepted our contract to cancel on us. I’ve spent the last month, calling you weekly and being told to just wait, you are scheduling the installers and you’ll be in touch in a couple of days. This never happened and we finally got a call from you a month later to confirm you were cancelling on us.

Waste of time booked them 4 times for boiler service couldn’t be bothered to turn up or get in touch wasted 16 hours of my time on waiting in . When I phoned one bloke said they have the best heating service engineers in the north east what a joke he never turns up . Got an engineer from another company he came straight out only charged £50 lot cheaper than these lot

Awful experience with this company, I called them 6 times to try to arrange my annual boiler service and they never had an engineer next to where I live. At the end I had to call another company because I was just wasting my time with Boiler Plan UK Ltd. On top of this, they refused to give me my money back even when they had not provided with the service I was paying for. So, I wasted time and money. I will never deal with this company again.

The initial service was brilliant. The boiler is fine and the person that installed it was efficient and professional however this was in early November and I still don’t have the thermostat despite waiting in on various occasions after being informed that someone was coming to fit it and I have been ignored since 14th December
