Did a powerflush. Why is the water dirty? Didn't do jobs they should have done. Have proof and evidence. I gave them many chance to resolve this. Its not getting reported up the chain.

good to install, but if you are a member of a Housing Association, don't let them go until the job is done.

I had a plumber to fix my radiator back onto the wall where subsidence has had an impact. He completed the job with efficiency and did an amazing job. He left everything in good repair and even fixed a hole that was left by one of the Leeds Building team. He did not need to be asked to put his overshoe covers on and also showed his lanyard before he entered the property. He was friendly and considerate - Lovely experience overall - I rate the service 10 stars out of 5 😊 Great Service - excellent job

Starting to feel harassed. Never recieved a letter or anyone at my door. A bloke claiming to be from gas call turns up to my door and said that this is second visit. No I'm at home every god dam day 24 seven a week and nobody has showed up at my door. Starting to feel harassed.

Absolute shambles need work done to fix heating but there refusing to sort it only decent gas engineer there is Paul in fife area I would rate him 5 stars

Rude staff when asked to speak to supervisor they hang up on you, you re arrange an appointment and yet they still turn up at the original date , posting letters through court threatening court action.

The Service I received from Martin was Exceptional to say the least. He was there every step of the way, continually answering the phone to my endless questions. Definitely the best service I have had post-covid from anyone. If there is an award then Martin should be Employee of the year.

Fantastic service from start to finish. From the first phone call with Martin about what options I had for a new boiler to having the new boiler fitted and then the electricals fitted it's been a smooth process and great service from everyone involved. Thank you

What an absolutely outstanding experience in dealing with Gas Call. From start to finish in dealing with every member of staff was top class. The whole process from initial contact once a new boiler had been authorised was an easy and assuring time. Every member of staff who we came in contact with was polite, friendly and very professional. Everyone fully explained exactly what would happen and when. I would never have thought a video examination and inspection of the old boiler, equipment and pipework would have been so easy. Our thanks to Martiny Hardy for his time, friendliness, knowledge and advice in helping us decide on which new boiler to choose, such all round help and professionalism in everything he did. The required update regarding possible installation date arrived the next day as promised by contact with Martin and surprisingly the fitting of the new boiler was arranged very quickly indeed. The installation team of Luke and Reece ( The Yorkshire ) Team could not be faulted in any way. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable professional and competent in everything they did. They never seemed to stop and the installation of the new boiler was completed in less time than expected. On completion everything was fully checked and tested and not forgetting how clean they kept the work area. A top class team. We must not forget our thanks to the team members of Kate Dixon and Melissa Gibson, the unseen admin staff, who althoug contacted by phone provided the same friendly, polite and professional service.

Told wouldn't help sick vulnerable person and pet,since discharged hospital, repeatedly cut off and not give reason . Traumatic , heating was good before ddc ask gas call to do, ddc wanted to add a piece ,not specify, after this heating broke down ,been three weeks now into December , lied about call canx , won't give name of manager . Local council no help either as housing officer trying to hurt tenant, says it's ok to eat mould . Mould problem for every single item almost in properly . What's wrong gas call, how can you leave someone just out of hospital with sick pet , oh and put your equipment on the recently deceased pet whilst in hospital's box ..... No thankyou GASCALL

Service from gas call is ridiculous say the turned up for a service when they didn’t and then say they will send someone out I’m sitting in a red/Amber alert weather warning and sitting with no heating again for a second night because they’ve capped my supply and won’t in app it untill they do a service and can’t do the service till next day leaving me freezing in a house with no heating absolute hell!!!!!!!!

Had to get my boiler replaced due to age. Gas Call contacted me to arrange a survey and quote. All done promptly and No fuss. We agreed a date and time, Gas Call arrived on time and installed the new boiler and controls. Friendly and professional Team would recommend them.

2023 - Our boiler was condemned on the 14th July 2023. We have been paying Domestic&General for 17yrs to cover the boiler for repairs. Our boiler is over 20yrs old so parts were not available. Gas Call Services fitted the new boiler on the 28th July. There were 3 engineers and they took only 3hrs to safely fit the new boiler. They were professional, efficient and polite.

Had to call in the evening after discovering I had no hot water, arranged for engineer to be there following morning between 8am & 1pm. Matthew arrived just after 9am, very polite & chatty, turned out we had been on holiday to the same place at a out the same time so had a good news about that. Job done in super time, had even showed me how to operate the thermostat. Great work Matthew & Gas Call πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

didn't see that terrible customer service before ! agreed an appt for the quote boiler installing at 2pm today. the engineer did not attend. rang them, say at 3. did not attend at 3. then rang them again at 3.30, she's just teasing me. avoid at any cost !

Wow What a perfect gentleman. Mathew attended to fix my issue with my gass call timer. It was showing 0 centigrade. It was sorted in no time. Really cheery guy. Happy to help. I'm very pleased with the services.
