“I purchased a Sunbubble plastic greenhouse almost 2 years ago. It is incredibly spacious and has been marvellous for protecting and nurturing seeds and plants and accommodating tender plants over winter. It looks great too. However, just recently we found a large tear in the plastic. We resigned ourselves to losing the ‘Sun Pod’. I sent an email to Gardening Naturally and they suggested I enclose a photo or two and they would forward it to the manufacturer. I received an email within a couple of days advising that a replacement would be dispatched within 24 hours. Wow. I am so pleased. Thank you Gardening Naturally. Great customer service.”

“I was pleased with my order and the delivery time but I do wish you would use paper and paper sticky tape for packaging. It took me a long time to get through the sticky tape and the thick black plastic was unnecessary - paper would have done fine. I have noticed that Amazon now uses paper and paper sticky tape.”
