“Thoroughly delighted with products and service. Even though we are moving into the season of flower shows when everything must be so much busier, the butterfly netting and cages came by return. How good is that! Thanks to Gardening Naturally I have planted out my brassicas and can look forward to a decent crop. Very many thanks.”

“My order of vine weevil nematodes was easy to place and arrived on time. I haven't used them yet but will be doing so once the weather is appropriate - have had these before and they worked really well. Not a vine weevil in sight so highly recommend this product.”

“My order didnt arrive when expected. When I chased it up I was told that the item was delayed from the supplier. However, nobody even bothered to tell me it was delayed. Eventually ended up getting it 4 days later than expected and only then after having chased it up.”

Hi, Apologies for the slight delay with the order. We do on the odd occasion have a delay from our supplier on nematodes due to them being a live product and having weekly deliveries. You should however had been contacted due to the delay so I'm sorry this didn't happen. Kind regards

“Ordered nematodes and selected next day delivery date. Received confirmation but then no updates until 6 days later to advise order had been posted. Shouldn't offer a delivery date that cannot be fulfilled. Received far too late so wont be making another order.”

“First time using gardening naturally. I had no problems with the order. The nemaslug I bought was well within date. I have used namaslug before, it is a more expensive product to control slugs where ever you buy it. However, it does work well for six weeks and I see the boost in my plants growth with no slug damage.”
